What I don't get is why Estes needs / wants to kill Brody secretly.

1) Even if the H personnel who searched Saul's suitcase at the airport weren't associated with Nazir, Nazir's people still know that Carrie went into their safe house and took off with the bag containing the tape. Even if they have no idea who Carrie is, you figure they'd assume the worst once they know the tape is

Completely agree that everything associated with the mill basically made no sense.

Completely agree with all of that, especially the point about Abu Nazir taking out Carrie with a car crash. I also find it generally difficult to accept that he is operating pretty much on his own (save for the guy remotely accessing the pacemaker) now. What happened to all his resources? This is a guy who at one

Completely agree 3). That was just retarded. I tried to come to terms with it with the explanation that Carrie is not entirely rational when it comes to Brody and Abu Nazir.

@avclub-638c1a4f003b46aad4aa5cf3f424d215:disqus, but if Quinn really is a bad guy (which, for all Saul knows, he could be), Saul would have just revealed that he is looking into Quinn's background by going in person (I'm referring to when Quinn asked his baby mom what the IRS man looked like). Wouldn't it have been

3. I know what you're referring to, but I meant the looking into Quinn at all. Virgil started his debrief with Saul by saying "…when you and Carrie asked us to look into Quinn." That simply wasn't the case. It was just Carrie who asked Virgil and Max to look into Quinn. Small detail; I know, but I agree with Todd's

I agree with the review that it's hard to believe winning this one criminal case would effectively lift L/G out of bankruptcy. If I recall correctly, they were still tens of millions of dollars in debt at last count. Even if this woman brings over "her husband's fortune", how high can the retainer be?
