Did anyone catch that bit about Eli claiming the door between his and Peter's room being open, and the hotel staff discrediting that claim? What was that all about?

I think @avclub-77f8c9f92d35ba4fa73663055e802093:disqus is reasoning that not only was the search random, it was also done by a group with absolutely no connection to Nazir…and that after retrieving the tape, they either didn't watch it, or did but didn't do anything about it.

Exactly my thoughts…

Exactly my thoughts…

1) Anyone else find it difficult to believe that Diane / Alicia didn't realize that the defense wouldn't needed to establish the victim's actual sexual orientation, but rather what the perpetrator thought it to be? Seemed extremely amateurish to me…

2) I also assume the coordinates were passed off-screen. I just think it's odd they didn't devote 2 seconds to acknowledge it. Given how important Roya made the task seem, it felt weird that it wouldn't be the first thing she follows up on during their very next conversation.

In order to continue enjoying the show without being bothered by what I viewed as a gigantic plot hole, I guess I'll have to accept this as true until the writers decide to explain otherwise.

Thanks, @eric827:disqus. I seem to be having a hard time tagging this user (http://www.avclub.com/users… because of the spaces in his/her name.

1) Umm…how has the show still not addressed such an obvious question: If Nazir's men know that the confession tape has gone missing (which we know they do based on their super specific search for it at the airport), why are they not doing something about the massive liability that is Brody?

Oh my god - amazing! This question has bugged me for the LONGEST time. And given how recently I got into this show, it was tough to find an online community still actively discussing it. Thank you!

Why didn't Jay just stay in San Fran for the night even though his meeting ended early?
