@LJo1:disqus that's not a bad idea. I live in a small metro that happens to be reasonably close (about an hour) from a large metro. It would be a rare thing, but doable. Thanks!
@Scrawler2:disqus how do you cook tempeh? I tried cooking it for the first time last night and was pretty disappointed in how it turned out, especially as I've had tempeh before that was really good.
