Ugh. Liv.

Or their "editor's note" asides where they'd have little convos with each other? FUCK OFF.

I found my way there through Two Stars, One Slot (Elias Koteas vs. Christopher Meloni) and never left. Their later output was fucking terrible. Anybody remember "Celebrity Vs. Thing?"

Did he ever tell you about the time he saw a celebrity naked in a steam room?

I liked Drake fine. I liked Lowell fine. But I feel like Liz and Major no longer have reasons to not be together. I mean, right now anyway. And as the Queen would say "We don't know much about the mating habits of two zombies." (In this scenario she knows about zombies.)

I politely request the presence of Tina Majorino next season.

Tact is just not saying true stuff and she'll pass.

THE BEST LINE OF THE WHOLE EPISODE!

It's too bad they already used the gilda/rita gag because it would totally be this show's jam to have a twin that daddy loved and a twin that daddy ignored.

As long as we get a shower scene where Batman shows his ding-dong. (And giant back tattoo.)

Yes, I get that. I'm not saying he didn't have a code. However, his code allowed him to beat a man almost to death, so I still see some wiggle room for him possibly not choosing an obviously correct path. I never took this show as two guys who consistently do the right thing. In fact, they both have fucked up a

Yes! I love it!

I don't know, I like to think there was a little bit of doubt. I mean, Britt is not exactly a guy who makes great decisions. I'm sure he went to do his time as well, but I like that they put it out there. This was not a show of easy answers and I like that they presented it as a question and not a certainty.

And yet it is, in my opinion, ten thousand times better than True Detective, which took itself hella seriously and felt like it had zero sense of humour. I feel like its light-hearted tone was masking a very deep and complex sadness. Which is how most blue collar men I know approach life. You got to laugh to keep from

Rian Johnson should've directed all of this. This reminds me a lot of Brick without the voiceover noir sensibilities. Although I would've enjoyed Hank and Britt trading off gritty voiceover duties.

That works. Can't forget 21 Jump Street. Maybe give them an address in Ocean Beach. Didn't John Landgraf joke that it should've been called Beach Dicks? That would've been perfect!

The pedigree of the actors involved convinced me. Hearing Shawn Ryan and Ted Griffin's names mentioned as creators and producers also helped.

I downloaded the song and it regularly makes it onto my running playlists.

Let us pour one out for the first show she ever killed. It was really too brilliant for this world. And Jeremy Piven was excellent. I still remember dialogue from this show word for word.

That's why I loved that his accent was almost but not quite perfect. Because the character learned it from a tape, he wouldn't be perfect! But yeah, for sure they fucked up on the casting on that show. The best accent was probably Ryan Kwanten's, but I think Australians have to be good at accents or they wouldn't work
