If you want to watch something a good animated series streaming for free, watch Brave Warriors on Cartoon Hangover Youtube channel. On the same channel they have Bee and the Puppycat also Rocket Dog, both of which I really liked.

Didn't care for High School. Axe Cop was okay, has potential to be good if it can get the timing for the jokes right.
