I'm not going to argue that any country was aiming to be nice in WWII. But there's simply no moral equivalence between the US and Imperial Japan. It's not even close.
I'm not exactly sure that's what you're implying, but America has nothing on Japan in terms of war atrocities.
I bet he'd have an easier time of it than Don Cherry.
It was pretty damn similar to him showing up on Alma Garrett's land.
I watched The Immigrant on a flight (yes, I know, but the quality was quite good) and it didn't really connect with me. Yeah, the acting and writing was solid I guess, but I never really felt it like I feel I was supposed to. For some reason or other it just didn't make an impact.
Anyone who is passingly familiar with the genetic makeup of Argentina knows you don't really have to whitewash Buenos Aires.
Black Mirror also hates men by the exact same measure, I guess. Because its men has the same characteristics, as well as being more violent.

I was about to post this. This is "hell yeah" to the max.
BSG has a lot of weird moments where people you're supposed to disagree with end up making a lot of sense. See Zarek, Tom. I don't know exactly why but it pops up a lot (and I'm not talking about when the show is deliberately creating a grey area).
They're speaking my Changuage.

I don't know when Tobias Menzies decided to start being in everything, but I like it.
The last bit of episode three of The Honourable Woman has one of the most ridiculous plot contrivances I've seen in a while. I really was excited for this show but it's kind of middling so far.
It's taken me two weeks to realize that American Nightmare 2 is not some sexy teenage horror thriller, but rather the French title of The Purge: Anarchy. Why do they do this?
