The difference with it I feel is that Michael is being inappropriate due to his own ignorance (similar to how David Brent would act) versus how Michael is just an utter dick to Kevin in this episode apropos of nothing (which is something Brent never really did).

But I don't think it is the point, because no one seems to acknowledge it: Gomie and Hank seem to think they've got things in the bag, where in reality all the evidence they've collected would be worthless.

Breaking Bad spoilers

Often, "big bads" sort of wear out their welcome by either just appearing for one or two scenes in each episode or always magically never upsetting the status quo (and as a reuslt never really making an impact).  Strike Back understands that villains should either get busy livin' or get busy dyin'.

Yeah, I saw a comment on youtube that made me think "What the fuck is wrong with those people?"  Though I suppose it's natural that the show would attract a certain kind of fanbase.

Strike Back is just so much fun.  I think Leatherby was the most enjoyable TV villain I've seen in a while.

*record scratch*

How does one rank a 22 episode season against a 13 or 10 or 6 episode season (or going further, a 3 episode season!)?

"Hellfire" is the best Disney song, and I'm not sure any others really come all that close.

Wasn't really feeling that episode of Breaking Bad.  The last ten minutes were great, but a lot of the rest of the episode felt very forced.

I agree, but I think that many reviewers have trouble separating art from artist.

I really want to see it.  I think it looks very good, it's just no critic can get past the name "Michael Bay" without trashing it.

Is it just me, or was Erinn Hayes singing on the credits song?

I have no idea why Strike Back isn't massively popular.  It's guilty-pleasure TV done exceedingly well.

This would also make a list of "the top 15 innocuous topics people can get insufferably self-righteous about."

More people should be watching Strike Back.  It's absurd amounts of fun.

I expected to love the Mass Effect 3 ending after all the nerd rage that went on about it.  I played it just this past January, for reference.  I knew nothing about what happened going into it, and I was primed to receive it positively.

I think a big problem is the writing.  She's not a character who is given any depth.  We have no idea what she likes, what she does for fun, what she enjoys doing.  She's defined by her opposition to Walt (as morally just as it is).  It's hard to empathize with a characterlike that.

"Icarus" isn't all that great on the album.  Too slow.  Same problem with a couple of the other songs, too.

Well, there was that one article which was the author saying that the show was so racist that she would never watch it.
