Game of Thrones spoilers

Are you kidding?  It was the original.

I just feel that the show at its best hits this note of languid contemplation that feels right for the psychological issues and themes it is addressing.  And then when things happen in the plot they clash badly with the established tone.

After three episodes of Hannibal, I find it interesting but quite frustrating.  I wish every procedural element of it was drained: every plot point eliminated, every scene slowed, everything dwelt on longer.  I don't know what Fuller's ideal was so it's hard to know how it would've played out otherwise, but I wish it

I love it as well.

He's awesome… and has already been on Doctor Who.  Not that that's a big obstacle.

Rory Kinnear with the best odds?  Interesting.

And I would've liked to see a season of Tennant under Moffat.

In some ways I wish season three of Game of Thrones was the entire third book so I could keep referring to it as "Four Weddings and a Funeral."

I would not be surprised if she is the next Doctor.  YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST

I'm here for plot recaps, self-validation, and nothing else!

Also, $10 says the next Doctor is a woman.

I assumed this was happening; I just was hoping they'd be able to keep things secret.  Shucks.

Of course there are.

As opposed to the theme of season 3?

Yeah, but facing Fleury is about the equivalent of adding a 23 year-old Wayne Gretzky to your team.

So I watched the first two episodes of Hannibal.  First impressions:

I would like to hang out with Jim Beaver.  His comments during the season 2 recaps were phenomenal and incredibly insightful.

As a completely casual fan at best, Random Access Memories is my favourite Daft Punk album.

It made me reflect on how I really miss the Community of seasons one and two.
