Some bigshot TV producer who is somehow working for ALL THE NETWORKS, cable included, offers you the chance to become the showrunner of one TV show. Which do you pick and why?
Looking back over the breadth of season 2 so far, I think it's kind of embarrassing how poorly the creative team behind Homeland has written its female characters.
Especially considering there have been only 5 episodes in 2012.

There are lots of people (including here, unfortunately) who ascribe to the philosophy of "if a reviewer has a different opinion than me, it's because they're just not as smart as me" (often asserting, condescendingly, that they just didn't understand it).
