MC Skat. Whatever happened to MC Skat Kat? Surely the time is right for his comeback.

I think it's maybe too harsh to say she wanted to play the victim. I see it as more that she wanted to avoid conflict and, naively, didn't want to hurt Dean. She was in the wrong and she was cowardly, but I don't see her as deliberately manipulative.
I don't hate anyone more than I hate Logan, but I agree that I dislike Dean more on rewatching now, than I did when I first watched. He's so whiny.
My grandmother was always adamant that green was bad luck for babies, but I have no idea if that's a widespread old wives tale or just something she came up with.
Also, Jess is buying himself a car after he totaled Rory's. She's still carless because she can't afford to replace the one he busted up, and he's getting a new one. That has to rankle.
The two episodes for next week are great, and I'm kind of irritated to hear them dismissed as "Eh" already.
I always thought Jess and Lorelai had a lot in common.
That kind of makes me sad, @avclub-1982161d0fe636d1caabd47a2ac23e12:disqus , because I like to imagine everything to do with the show was puppies and rainbows all the time. But realistically I understand it was a workplace and work is not always fun.
He had the choice to pick 2 seasons!
I'm intrigued by this comment in that article re cancellation:
It's a shame you've been spoiled on it being a dream sequence (although that's better than a true spoiler, I guess) because I remember watching it for the first time and going what. WHAT. WHAT.
Yeah, I can sometimes kind of like Christopher, and I do like his relationship with Lorelai.
I don't think they're even that friendly, Luke seems irritated by Sookie. (Okay, Luke's irritated by everyone, but it's definitely tempered around people he genuinely likes, such as Lorelai.)
I simultaneously love and am kind of heartbroken by the fact that Richard clearly wants Lorelai to come work with him, so they can have fun togetherness every day. He's snappish when she says she has to go back to work—I think to cover for the fact that he was maybe kind of imagining them working together, seeing…
Why can't I post a reply to a reply (to a reply—this is like that thing when you hold two mirrors together).
I do think it was a writing choice to provide conflict for Luke/Lorelai (as well as Rory/Jess obvs), but I'm prepared to defend to the death Lorelai's right to overreact. She was upset and she blamed Jess—given time to calm down, she might have reassessed. She shouldn't have taken it out on Luke, but he doesn't do…
