True Story
My wife and I were at her uncle's warehouse in Baltimore, picking up some furniture. As we stood outside, an SUV with tinted windows rolls up and stopped in the middle of the street, about 20 feet from us. The bass from the hip hop inside was thick enough to skin a baseball. As it sat, idling, about a

I know nothing about salvia but I'm thankful for the heads-up. I'm trying to cut down on horrifying experiences.

DMT
is responsible for the craziest 15 minutes of my life. And my life has involved guns, epic car crashes and psych-ward sex.

This is really disappointing
I had never read Lovecraft but after reading a lengthy piece about Del Toro in The New Yorker, I went out and bought Necronomicon just so that I could read ATMOM. Between what's covered in that New Yorker piece and the story itself, I was incredibly psyched for this.

MM, you are certainly entitled to your arguments…
However, I thought this was one of the best episodes in a long time. Not the laugh-out-loud funniest, but the most personal and down-to-earth. It felt less like a sitcom than it has all season.

soundtrack remixing
Moon is awesome, these remixes are okay. A friend turned me on to this DJ who at the end of a mix remixed the gunfire scene from Heat, sort of.

Funniest moment of TV this week
Ben Wyatt: Human Disaster

well done
this made me smile

Here's the thing
whenever I give this show a chance, I invariably laugh at the clip, and cringe at the commentary. Tosh goes for the easiest, most mean-spirited jokes possible. Racism? Funny. Misogyny? Hilarious. Fat/Tall/Short/Etc people? STOP IT YOU'RE KILLING ME.

Hilarious
Has anyone ever seemed less invested in a role than the chick playing Cookie Kwan?

Maybe I missed it, maybe it's not terrible. . .
but I have to assume that new "Jim Belushi and Jerry O'Donnell are, like, these super-cool lawyers" show was unwatchable.

good one
yikes. Guy sounds awful.

Just wanted to say
that i really really enjoyed this article. Well done.

yeah that would make sense too. Also would be fairly interesting in terms of her character development

Shane's Lie
…may have been to save Lori and Carl the crippling distraction of uncertainty? I mean, as Rick says, Shane had every reason to think he was dead.

greatest. line. EVER.
"the son of Jor-El will be my slave……FOREVER."

When I was 12 we moved into a house next door to an elderly couple, The McNutts. We thought they were charming, until the husband threatened me with a rifle for playing basketball too loudly. Also, after a terrible blizzard, I agreed to shovel and de-ice their driveway. It took me seven hours. I was paid-after

I agree that Nolte and Busey are where it's at. And they should be encouraged to drink their nuts off on set every day.
