Too late. I don't see the comparison though.

I agree about Scorsese's methods, I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't think it worked that well this time. I still loved the film, but in a different way than I love Goodfellas or his other movies.

I guess in fairness I should have read it but I just saw the subject and thought I'd give my opinion. Should have read, I'll agree.

All of that's just asshole behavior, not villain behavior. Except maybe eating people's pets but goldfish barely count.

It's true that there were lots of crappy things happening in the film, but I just felt like some of the stuff in the movie looked fun, and in a way it was glorifying the behavior. I don't think there's anything wrong with that, it's a movie. But I don't think you can truly dismiss anyone who thought the stuff they did

I just didn't feel like that stuff was frequent or bad enough to counterbalance the other things. Whereas in Goodfellas you have people getting murdered left and right amongst everything.

Tricking people into buying worthless stocks is like used-car salesman villainy at worst. Nothing morally wrong with drugs and hookers, in my opinion. The film treats the audience as stupid regarding finance and therefore loses the effect of Scorcese's other crime films because you don't see the crime, just the

I didn't think I was being an asshole? Just commenting on the film?

I don't know how you can blame anyone for "misinterpreting" the film when his lifestyle in general looked awesome and funny, and they never showed his victims and never explained what he was doing, just saying it was illegal. They just made the guys look like asshole salesmen that made a shit-ton of money, which is

Rabble rabble rabble!

Confusing sentence but I didn't read the article so I don't know.

I feel like companies should fuck people over in whatever ways they can get away with and is beneficial for their company.

Isn't it a cliche by now to have the future be unspectacular and look old-timey? It works but it's not very innovative.

Not very interesting until the end, I didn't think. No real exciting plot-line surrounds the action. Still a pretty good movie.

Breaking Bad never made me want to try meth, but I definitely wished I could try some quaaludes after Wolf of Wall Street.

Is this show any good?

I like Thief but it's not very interesting until the last half-hour or so. Heat will remain the best Mann for me, but I'm glad to see him in the collection.

Probably true. Anyway, I guess my point was that the statistic wasn't that effective for me. But I may just be an asshole…

I mean, I honestly don't know much about this, but if we have garbageman that are willing to do their jobs for that amount of money then why should they be paid more? That doesn't make sense to me. I doubt there are many investment bankers or whatever that would do their job if it didn't pay so well. Most geniuses

But why? The only way the two averages would be the same is if women and men were exactly the same, which they are not.
