I came around to this theory when he brought out the cake. You never see the two probation workers interact, and you can assume there was a conversation off screen about the stolen cake, but I chose to believe they are one in the same. Otherwise, how did she know?

Watching the preview last week, I rolled my eyes at there being a third Rudy. By the end of this episode, I agree he will be missed. I definitely enjoy him the most out of all three of them.
