Back when I tried selling things via Amazon, I had the things until someone bought them, at which point I shipped the thing to the buyer. Obviously there have been changes if Amazon has warehouses and trucks and things—but where are they getting the things they plan to send as gifts? Are they talking about

Even though I know this is right, Amazon has my credit card # on file, and that's the part that worries me.
And they're always telling me I might be interested in things I already have but got somewhere that wasn't Amazon, since they're my last resort source usually.
