Great points, but didn't Sharon say something to the Absolut rep about responsibly enjoying his company's beverages? I think she was showing that she was willing to be a good rep.
I do love Chad, don't get me wrong. I'd be happy if she wins, but I'd prefer Sharon just a bit more.

I love the fact that the two most famous old women working in tv/films today are as saucy and dirty as those two are. If I get to that age and don't have as wicked a sense of humor, I did something wrong.

ugh, I really hope not. I mean, I have a little sympathy, but I still think that Chad and Sharon are each MUCH, MUCH better than she is. Her LSFYL was straight out of a pre-crazy Britney Spears video.

I was SO happy that Leo ran away. I was hoping it would be a Leo-less episode, until we got the stoner best friend, who is possibly worse written and acted than Leo is, I almost wanted Leo back (until he did and we had that horrible scene). The fuck, casting department? New York is full of young actors, and early 20's

Aha. I wasn't really aware of the content of her act. Also, I had a total blonde moment realizing that I had always got the Needles part of her name, but not the Sharon. Thanks!

I understand the sponsor concerns to an extent. They're already sponsoring RPDR… I find it hard to believe that they'd be totally cool with drag queens, loads of innuendos, etc. but balk at a goth queen.

UGH! Seriously, Ru?!
In other news, I really didn't think that I would ever show sympathy for PhiPhi, but hearing how awful her father was softened my cold, hard heart a little bit.

I'm enjoying the show, although I don't particularly like it. I don't like the characters, and as adorable as Brian Williams' daughter is (who to me looks exactly like Deb from Dexter), she really, REALLY needs to take some acting classes and learn how to stay in character.
I really don't like the relationship that

And both of you are ones who can't understand the difference between "your" and "you're."

I don't know all the episode titles, and I'm too lazy to wikipedia it, so apologies to start.
This was one of my favorite episodes. It was probably the most emotional episode (for me) since the D&D episode. Yes, I did really love the Christmas animated episode, but the D&D ep had me in tears.
I feel like this show

Okay, curious as to how many women are chiming in here, but considering I have the necessary girl parts, I'll put in my two cents…
Bill Maher is an asshole. You can not simultaneously rip into Rush Limbaugh for calling a woman a slut yet at the same time call Sarah Palin a c-word. Can't do it. That is hypocritical.
But

One of the women in the chorus is black, you have Linda, the Asian-American stage manager, and there's Dev and R.J. Fine, "lots" wasn't the right word. But I can't really think of another mainstream television show with as many people of color who are actually relevant to the major plot lines. Sam, Dev and Ellis are

Sold without any BIG NAMES as actors, but because of Parker/Stone and Robert Lopez (co-writer of Avenue Q).

In the vein of "if you don't have anything nice to say…"
The one thing this show gets right is diversity. Lots of women (some of whom have identities that aren't solely based on their relationship with men), lots of gays, lots of minorities, and while overall the characters aren't exactly deep, at least their entire

I've heard that this is part of Logo's efforts to be more mainstream gay like Bravo, it's sister network.

I've just started listening to The JV Club podcast, and I like the eps I've heard so far. It's girly, but has some substance, and is positive without being pandering.

I think it was more reluctance because of how much shit people have been giving him recently (especially with him being so vocal about how horrible his experience making the last one was). But I totally get him saying that he appreciates things made for kids that kids enjoy, and nothing will be cooler to his future

Love the article.
On the point about Twitter: I follow Shonda Rhimes on twitter and the questions she gets asked repeatedly by fans are mindboggling. And these are just the ones that she RT's and responds to! My favorites are the "you don't care about X character and XY relationship" and "you're not listening to us!"

"I Kissed a Girl" as a rebuttal to the guy who had the whole "real lesbians are just like porn lesbians" attitude.
