Neubauten guy is on bass.

I saw them at a NYC show in the late 90's and his reply was "Gorilla gg25's".

True story
I was in my early 20's and living in NYC. I spent most of my late nights drinking in the East Village in a shithole of a bar called 'Sophies'. One night after a particularly hard night of drinking my friends and I went for a falafel at a joint right on St. Marks Place. I remember the guys working there were

No. You're not being overly critical. So far, this segment is sucking. They're putting about as much effort into it as the Smith Westerns put into that Tom Petty song last week.

What about "Three or Four Shades of the Blues"?
A guitar heavy album recorded in seventy-seven, with the likes of John Scofield, Sonny Fortune, Larry Coryell etc.. A gem, in my opinion.

The Jesus Lizard did this with much more class
About 50 seconds into the clip, a thrown beer bottle smashes into Yow's head knocking him unconscious. How does he react when he wakes up? He tells the thrower of said bottle, "nice shot" and then continues the show…

"It's not my fault…."

I don't want to watch Ani Defranco do fucking anything for a half an hour…
