At this point we don't know its coming since she is hanging out in the disappearing cabin with her dead pops. The doctor was a completely different situation since his body had to travel to the island. The possibilities are endless (on the island that is).

So do you believe that everyone who has ever witnessed the person they love killing someone else immediately went to the police? Every single one just ran straight to the authorities even if what they thought they had witnessed seemed completely out of character for the person they knew so intimately.
