Richard Morgan's The Steel Remains is a good alternative to Game of Thrones if you like your fantasy novels with a healthy dose sex and violence (and 4,200 pages!?!?! of GOTs series doesn't appeal to you).

Ted Nugent plays on "Anarchy?" Wow. This song just gets better and better. I have to hear it now. The gentle nuance this motor city madman could bring to such a tasteful endeavor as a greatest hits bonus track like "Anarchy" well you can't just manufacture creativity like that.
