Yeah I would love for that to be true, too, since Aang was obviously trying to stop Yakone in the one segment of vision but wasn't able to, so someone had to come in and release everyone from the bloodbending so Aang could get is Avatar on i.e. Katara.

I'm still not sold on Aang giving Yakone his energy bending skills on accident; until I see it in a vision or a spirit world flashback with him actually touching Yakone and how exactly he did it It's still not within my realm of possibility and it would be kind of non sequitur if he gave the skill somehow to Yakone…
