I think one of the main points of this episode is that, no matter what you wish for, some things will always stay the same. In case you didn't understand from this episode, Ice King is INSANE. I'm pretty sure that's just part of his character to say it however the fuck he wants to and not a fault on the voice actor's part. And Gunter's a penguin. I don't think he cares.
