I was disappointed; I think it's a matter of trying to fit too much into the finale and hedging bets on whether or not this would be the end. Strictly speaking, it does provide closure to virtually all the story lines, except the Observer Occupation. But everything feels so loose in the episode - the whole Astrid gets

That slogan is awesome. I replaced CBS with NBC for kicks, and it works in a very ironic way.

Karate, the Dane Cook of martial arts.

Not to rain on the parade, but Community, P&R and UAN will be at a major disadvantage when compared to new series, since it's likely new series will draw more eyeballs in the first few weeks as people check them out initially. If they decide to use the first few weeks as a barometer (and let's face it - NBC is

They still haven't renewed P&R yet, so maybe not so innocent….

Yes, it's a rolling probable cause.

re: Office. Yes.

Do we still have that flaming garbage truck which was going to NBC in case Community wasn't renewed? …we should probably drive it over to ABC, just in case.

ABC hasn't renewed any shows yet anyways, so we could say that for any of their shows. e.g. "Hey, did you realize Modern Family hasn't been renewed yet?" …but no one would care if they read that here. Probably.

16 episodes tends a good number - enough to tell a substantial story without too much filler and fluff. P&R had a great 3rd season with only 16 episodes. I hope they indicate if it's going to be the final season for either.

SPOILER *** GENERAL BUT YOU MAY INFER THE OUTCOME ***

ABC sitcoms go to DisneyLand? They should do that for CougarTown. The Cul-de-sac crew brings their own wine, get drunk and tell off little children. Then they have to avoid security dressd in Mickey and Goofy suits. In the background, you see members of the Pritchard family. Cross-promotion AND synergy - it IS a small

Favorite sight gags:
- the campaign bus demolishing the portrait; so awkward
- the bowling alley adjacent to the xbox setup - also - Bobby's gamerscore is 30
- not a sight gag, but the return of Sewage Joe - was kind of sad when he was fired.

Wonderful episode. It's hard to imagine this is a good-bye to the alt-universe. Also - no more Lincoln? That cannot stand.

Great episode - loved all of Roger's (Luis Valdez's) 3,208 Facebook friends, which are:
(1st row)
- the drama coach
- the waiter (can't remember which one)
- the crooked cop
- the female actress who has sex with Stan
- during the training montage when becoming a cop
- the waiter with black hair (duplicate of the first one)
(2n

I wonder how a network decides "Yeah, that was shown in the upfronts, now let's bury and burn it off." So demoralizing for the cast and crew.

Or they could cancel Modern Family, move CougarTown to its time slot and keep Happy Endings after it. That will show ABC not to deliver those dump trucks filled with money to the well-deserved cast! …wait, I forgot which side I was rooting for again.
Doesn't matter - either way, we win.

"A magical land where beavers run for parliament, the economy is based on Tim Horton’s, and Hockey Night In Canadais sacrosanct weekly viewing."
Hmm - Canadian here - the first one is actually true. The beavers part - not the magical land. We're not crazy, you know.

I don't think that trying to build a serious relationship between Castle and Beckett doesn't play to the show's strengths. It forces the show to recycle tropes at maximum. Ever since Castle professed his love, it feels like Castle's surefire cockiness has disappeared, and that was one of the qualities which made their

Not sure if this was mentioned in a news article earlier, but wasn't Archer's third season supposed to be 16 episodes (include the 3 from Heart of Archness)? Wikipedia says the order was cut to 13 sometime, but was it ever explained why?
