I feel like someone said to VDW, "You're not as feminist as you think you are", and his reviews are his way of saying, "NO!"

Every time I read one of these reviews, I immediately check Gawker for their much more critical version. Not sure which I disagree less with, but Gawker/John Cook's are definitely more fun.

You should probably send this to Killen instead of this comment thread that no one on the show will ever see, right?

Great article link- much more informative.

Right?! I'm sure there has to be horror movies where the characters don't act stupid, but I don't know of them.

…so I should go to movies that have rave reviews, even though (in this case) I wouldn't have liked it?

If the wikipedia plot summary is correct, then I'm glad I haven't paid to see this movie. I'm not a horror fan to begin with, and all the "twists" don't make it more palatable- just different reasons for stupid behavior. Of course, the execution might be as amazing as the AV Club review suggests it is ("never

Not the only one- I remember that old(er) special on South Park about how they just wanted an excuse to play/write music…they're Amazing.

Nothing about how amazing the song was at the end?

Didn't the Super Friends diarrhea all over the comic book versions of those characters?

Isn't the Dr. Pepper Ten commercial supposed to be a joke? That is, it Is for women (and men)? At least, that what I thought the incredibly over-the-top, action-movie hyper-masculinity and everything was for.

Felt like this episode was a C-, if that. I didn't laugh once, and I know that was supposed to happen at least a couple times, right? Also, the "treat Jerry terribly" thing is just boring.

"Look, even those of you who still really like this show will grant me
that the “Ben” number was fucking weird, right? I mean… just give me that much."

"…and she does not sound as if she's kidding around."

I feel raped by your stupidity.

Wait, so what's this movie about?

I know I'm supposed to hate this show, and how it's supposedly catering to my "demo" (by featuring Zooey Deschanel and …awkward behavior, I guess?), but I'm liking it more and more every week. I can't watch Glee anymore, and I have no idea how 2 Broke Girls/Whitney has been getting better reviews on this site than Any
