Deaned by the Bell

This really needed to be an hour-long episode. The wrap-up was shoehorned in at the end and there was so much potential for things they could have done. This would have been a perfect two-part episode. Still strong, but I hate to think of what more could have been done with this premise.

This was definitely the worst episode of the season, and it really didn't feel as though they were trying, but you don't seem to even dislike this show for the right reasons. Can't you trade with someone so someone who doesn't so obviously misapprehend the show can write these reviews and you can go to the CSI recaps…

I agree completely. It's the first time I haven't even cared to read the whole write-up because it was just such a boring story. I think that Chang as security guard is a great move by the show, but his story tonight was so predictable and so unnecessary.

Rivalry
Does anyone else think the rivalry between the brothers and Nucky has been underdeveloped, at least on the Rothstein side. It seems like Rothstein could be such a better opponent, but they haven't done enough to give him a story or relevance really besides, "the deal went poorly, so we'll have a a war?"
