I don't think you'll find anyone that does it as good as the Pogues.  That said, the Tossers are pretty good, however their output is a little uneven.  "Last Night On Earth" is one of my favorite tunes by them…and it does a pretty cool job of incorporating Fields of Athenry: http://www.youtube.com/watc…
