You know, I think if they had a spin-off show (the Brian and Stewie show), and had no cutaways or stupid random gags in it, I think it would succeed. 
They're already the best characters on Family Guy, and that show is just weighing them down!

There was a good amount of 'Brian the dog' jokes in this episode (one of FG's funniest assets)

To be fair, there have been a few Brian/Stewie featuring episodes this season…"Brian's Play", "Yug Ylimaf" and "Chris Cross".

It was funny when Peter brought up the fact that Brian had sex with Ida, I can see why Quagmire would be annoyed by that :)

This was a good episode, it was one which wasn't dominated by pointless cutaways, it actually had a plot.

There's nothing wrong with being enthusiastic about something you like, jerk!

Then what is a good Family Guy episode for you…the unoriginal tripe that they bring out most weeks, filled with cheap laughs and pointless cutaways!?

Only Brian and Stewie are the characters who have any depth anymore. They aren't just one-joke characters, and episodes like this (whilst mildly funny) aren't memorable at all.

The only reason Brian and Stewie haven't got their own show, is because Family Guy would die without them!

I'm pretty sure they've never had Chris serving Meg, or Brian and Stewie loving Anne Murray yet - of course it was new!

I know, I wish Brian was still looking for female dogs as his girlfriends, that stopped after season 2-3.

How were Brian and/or Quagmire being sexist in this episode, there's a difference between sleeping with women, and being a sexist/womaniser!

Brian isn't the new Quagmire! He still wants to find a soulmate and a perfect woman, whereas Quagmire turfs women out of his house after a one-night stand! The orgy bit was in-keeping with the rest of the episode (happy ending, apart from Stewie).

It was nice to finally see an episode about Brian's relationships that ends happily for him instead of terribly! Good episode.

You're one of those Brian-hating people, of course your comeback is awful!! XD
