You could add "I'm Blue" to that list.

I'm watching her in the second season of Burning Love she is a great comedic actress. I hope that lands a bigger part somewhere else soon.

There was also a De Niro film "Guilty By Suspicion". And the acting titian Jim Carrey's "The Majestic" also covered the era.

And Cleese also killed with his gleeful delivery of: "You're fucking nicked, me old beauty!".

Except that Skylar was laundering Walt's drug money. It might be tough to play the victim card if the police investigate that.

It means that things are looking up for AV Club commentators?

The tragic figures here are Hank, Marie, Jnr, Holly and Jessie. Walt's self martyrdom could be seen as a different manifestation of his immense narcissism. Narcissists are capable of feeling immense self-pity and of seeing themselves as victims. So Walt's accepting the blame is necessarily not all that different from

@MistaTMason That's a great insight into the Heisenberg ID as a bratty psychotic child. It applies to Walt's impulsive murder of Mike last year. Walt was furious that Mike was displaying undisguised contempt toward Walt and Walt looked like an angry child throwing a tantrum as he shot Mike.

Hank would disagree with you.

Walt Jr. proved in this episode that he's more of a man than his father ever was.

To be sure, The IMF are giving away free houses to any stray Yank who wanders across our shores. Or maybe not.

This Commitments fan is staring at you right now.

The real stand out was where he recognises Mathew Modine and he replays Modine in several different outfits walking past him and saying the same line. The film had a strong visual style that made it poppy and memorable.

Yeah it had some killer David Byrne tunes, I bought his Rei Momo album on the back of this film.

To be fair to De Niro a lot of people in their sixties get pretty crabby and pissed off with the world. I don't know what Willis's excuse is.

If I had to pay taxes on millions of dollars I'd be voting Republican too.

Well let's not forget the scene where he bloody well shoots an eight year old kid dead. Bruce was a straight up selfish monster in Looper.

I recently saw Willis in that awful GI Joe sequel and he was came across not only as bored out of his bald skull but he seemed clinically depressed. I pictured him holding up production of the film by locking himself in his trailer and trying to blow his head off with a prop gun.

It does add an uneasy perspective to the scene in Catcher In The Rye where Holden fantasies about protecting and shepherding innocent young kids. It kind of sounds like a grooming fantasy in the light of this film.

Then you should watch his David Letterman appearances on YouTube. That seems to be the only place where the fun and funny Murray appears these days and it awesome to see that he still has it.
