This is my first time watching through every episode of Top Chef every week; is Tom always this mean-spirited? He just brutally tears everyone in the loser group to shreds every time, which sort of lessens the impact after awhile.

I was genuinely shocked that Lola only made $217; the way the show was edited made it seem like she sold multiple pictures at $100 each. I counted at least two times where someone paid $100 for her picture, making me wonder how that ended up as her total.
