These are my sentiments, as well. Tarantino is one of my favorite directors and a big influence on where I want to take my life, career-wise, in the next couple of years. Unfortunately, even though he gets a lot of praise for his work, a lot of people still look down upon him and his fans.

Woody Allen
It's great to see a Woody Allen film being featured in an article shortly after waking up. Fine morning.

If all dystopias are utopias, and some utopias are zentropas, then are all dystopias zentropas?

And thus concludes my Community quest…
…in which I watched every single episode for the first time in order to catch up with what I was told is an amazing series. I've enjoyed most of the series' gags and storylines, and the character development has been very fun to watch and devour. Goofy episodes aside (this week's

That reminds me of the lack of a William Bell in Walternate's life. Without him, it makes sense that he never had a theory about an alternate universe.

After a recent rewatch, I have decided that Epiphanies is my all-time favorite Spaced episode. The scene pictured in the article makes me laugh all the time.

I love Dancer in the Dark, Breaking the Waves, Europa and Dogville, and think Antichrist has a lot of merit, but Epidemic (aside from the last ten minutes) is nothing to write home about. The Idiots, Element of Crime and Manderlay are the only von Trier films I have yet to seem, and I just so happen to be in said

Long live the Trier!
It's good to see that von Trier is achieving remake status, and The Boss of it All was actually a pretty fun watch. I wonder if Hurwitz will be using the randomized shot software that was used for the original.

Nice
I love my Twin Peaks DVDs, and I love how it will be on streaming now, as well. As for the other shows, I might try to get into Star Trek again…

ALL BOOKS ON SALE
I went out for some breakfast this morning and noticed that the local Borders had dozens of yellow clearance posters on every window. Discounts are going from 20% to 40%, and, even though I saw some books I have been interested in, I just didn't have the heart to put up ten dollars for one of the

Very enjoyable
I really, really liked this episode. It reminded me of the similar and also amazing Jacksonville from the previous season. The only thing I was a little hesitant about towards the end was my realization that the FBI wasn't going to activate the amber. I wanted Over Here to start gaining significant

"In Roman numerals, that's Pirahna 3D 500"

Did you mean B&N in that last sentence, Jerusalem? I wouldn't know, as I was never bothered to sign up with any bookstore. Now that I think of it, I signed up for the Borders membership and lost the card shortly after.

You're lucky enough to have had a Criterion Collection section at your Borders. Mine (which is closing soon due to the bankruptcy) has about four small DVD shelves tossed in the middle of the store.

Hm
I never really understood all the admiration and hype that people had for Borders. In a continuum where a bookstore called 'Barnes & Noble' exists, why would anyone need to go to Borders? Sure, I've been to the local Borders (which is, incidentally, on the list of stores that are closing) a couple of times, and

Jaffa cakes
I'm glad to see the classic 'Spaced' being reviewed on the A.V. Club, among so many great contemporary shows. Can't wait for the next review in the coming week.
