It's not "tired bullshit" to point out he didn't confess to what people think he confessed to. Regardless of whether he did it, which he probably did, what he actually confessed to was pretty innocuous.
If they're paying for journalists to stay there, I assume they expect a lengthy article in response.
There's a world of difference between "says that what a rapist did is fine" and "pointing out that what someone confessed to wasn't rape". It's not making excuse for a rapist to point out when the evidence doesn't say what people think it says.
How much heat retention do you get from a pair of tights?
Jesus can walk on water, but he can also go under if he wants. He's a god, not a rubber ducky.
For me, the problem is that Bilquis was at the middle of the scene. Raiding a club like that is just needlessly harsh, but I'm not going to feel sympathy for what is essentially a divine serial killer.
I just figured the New Gods are tougher than their minions. I mean, if Odin can toss that out, they can probably take it, for gods that might as well be a punch.
At least a lot of the Beth stuff could maybe be a hallucination, and was mostly contained. Kira's just constantly Xaviering it up.

One point- MK had leggings on under her jeans? Is that a thing people do?
I wasn't a fan, mostly because "I want to live with the murderous psychopath" is just a dumb move.
Ferdinand's always been the type to take out his frustrations through brutal killing, this was just a bit more immediate than we're used to.
"Sorry, Sarah, but your daughter said she wants to stay with the crazy murderer, so who are we to stop her?". Great parenting, Mrs S.
Minimizes? People react much more strongly to the sight of a women being attacked than a man. Just look at all the comedies that have used "man mildly annoys woman, so she hits him" as a lighthearted joke, you don't really see much of that in reverse.
Doesn't she have a history of alcoholism? If that ends up killing her I think she'd be the 3rd or 4th cast member to die of addiction, depending on whether you count lung cancer from smoking.
Plus Michael O'Hare and Jeff Conaway.
He lost it between seasons 3 and 4, IIRC, after he nearly lost a foot.
