It's out in Japan at least and it's mostly a refinement on the previous iteration. Which there's nothing wrong with.

I will say I was massively overlevelled and tore through that place in maybe 20 minutes.
It's pretty good. But it is seriously an old ass feeling game to the point where it feels like they finished it years ago and just haven't bothered releasing it.
