I watched Always over the weekend. I liked it when I saw it as a kid, but I was naive. Some of the blocking is inventive, but otherwise the film did not age well.

How does ABC Family make money when all of their advertisements are for other ABC Family programming? I watched the Harry Potter marathon last weekend and the commercial breaks were nothing but Labor Pains and Ruby & The Rockits.

I completely agree. This album is fantastic. My only criticism is that there aren't more upbeat moments, like the sweet album closer on If Children… The most joyous moment on The Knot is "Tattoo," which has its share of doom and gloom.

Matthew Friedberger was the subject of Random Rules a few years ago. I like him, but I'm not sure how I feel about RR repeating shufflers when there are so many bands out there.
