Yes, and they're in Kentucky, so "Wildcats" is going to be a pretty damn popular high school mascot.

Yowza
Boyd's dream for himself and Ava is what I've wanted for them for a couple seasons, but at this point, I'm not sure they deserve it. (I still want to see them get it though.)
Raylan'll probably be there, setting up his rage-filled showdown with Boyd this season, maybe.
The Boyd-Ava story sounded like a death knell to me. I'm not sure if it was intentional and I hope I'm wrong, but i felt a sense of dread during that entire scene.
I'm excited to see their inevitable showdown.
Yeah, I think Roz is a nice, slightly more fun contrast to Loretta, though both are realistic versions of teenage girls. It's also interesting that Raylan is definitely more comfortable dealing with Roz's kind than he is Loretta's.
I think the Tim subplot is leading directly to a collision with Colt (perhaps the dealer Colt goes to purchase from is one Tim's buddy owes), so maybe that will address 2 of the issues in your second paragraph. I agree on Colt's random behavior, but as Noel pointed out, that's addicts for ya.
Yeah, I think that was supposed to be the point. I wasn't sure whether it was supposed to be obvious that Raylan was also aware of this.
Agreed this was a subpar episode. But are we sure that was a bear in the cheerleading photo? I wasn't wearing my glasses, but it kind of looked to me like some sort of a cat…maybe a wildcat?
Can we flag for idiocy?
@avclub-f1a42d1a90854c5c5a3df6ad2b34c7e7:disqus , I definitely thought that immediately after their conversation, but it didn't pop up again, so I assumed Boyd was satisfied that Colt responded to his interrogation truthfully.

I actually stopped by the site just to see whether this nabbed a B+ or an F. I was pretty sure there wasn't going to be anything Average about it.
@avclub-ebaecc92914b0c48ee244d59fcc39102:disqus All Hollywood families are pretentious, but each Hollywood family is pretentious in its own way.
I tried to watch that a few months ago, but it did not draw me in.
Yeah, I was really thinking it was the Sheriff for a bit as it would make sense that he's picked up Ellen Mae as bargaining power to keep Boyd quiet about his whereabouts, but the backstory just doesn't work. And also, he doesn't really need any additional reasons to get Boyd off his back.
Hmm. Ok. Still trying to decide whether I'll check it out. (Not that my time's that valuable or anything.) One friend who recommended genuinely thought I personally would find it interesting, whereas i'm pretty sure another recommended because he just thinks that if he likes something, then everyone else will also.
Oh. Your joke wasn't good or the show wasn't? A couple friends have told me I should watch it…
I feel like Johnny might not even make it halfway through the season at this rate….
