I really love Mudhoney, seen em live 4 times now, but the diminishing returns I feel on the albums means this might be the first one I don't buy.  I miss the fuzz, but they recently sound more Hillbilly Punk than grunge.

In grunge rankings, Pearl Jam are the popular shite to Mudhoney's lesser known brilliance.  Well, not so much Mudhoney's later albums.  They're crap too.  But check out the early Mudhoney stuff.  It's fooking ace.
