Yeah, I don't really like Jonathan Ames either.

I am enjoying the universal love this album is getting, she really deserves it.

I can appreciate the variety but I really didn't enjoy her in Mad Men at all. In all the shows she's done she sticks out like a sore thumb to me.

She was drunk.

That's because Shoshana is a thinly written character played by a poor actress.

It always confused me how Joan seems to have no friends. But considering what happened to her roommate in season 1 I can see why.

What I liked is how Megan wore that same ugly green sweater in every scene after she left the office. Like she was trapped in a groundhog day scenario.

@bakana42:disqus Pretty much. Megan haters vacillate between "Mary Sue!" and "Worst character ever!".

Most Megan haters I encountered were women. I don't think that when a female character attracts a hatedom it has to be for sexist reasons. Honestly, introducing a character in the 5th season of the show and giving her a ton of screen time is a recipe for poochy syndrome. But I have to say I've noticed a large amount

I could see Homeland winning just on the strength of the acting alone. And Mad Men's time is up, let's be real. The same show winning 5 years in a row is just boring.

I'm glad you guys articulated how vital Megan was to the season. I get so tired defending her very existence on other sites.
