IA Nemo is a very typical film about a father/son relationship and Brave is a very typical film about a mother/daughter relationship. Both are good but not great.
The only movies that fit what you're trying to say are the John Lasseter films, (Cars, Toy Story & Bug's Life) which rely on smalltown Americana nostalgia. Wall-E, Up, The Incredibles, Ratatouille and even Brave contain tons of subversive elements.
EVERY TIME YOU FUCKING YELL I HAVE TO RE-RECORD IT
LOL yeah the 6 year old I was watching with had pretty much the same reaction.
That was… too much. It must be hard to get the tone right on this crazy show and they usually do a great job, but the duct-tape was toooooooooo much.
If they had cut down each episode to 22 minutes, scrapped a lot of the narration and improved some of the shaky earlier eps (looking @ you Michael and George Sr.) this would have been better than Season 3. As it is now the season is filled with great material that's buried under a bunch of bloat and weird choices.
I LOVE that they let PB continue to be uninterested in romantic love. Characters like that often have a love interest forced upon them in order to "humanize them". But what makes PB human is her almost frightening dedication to her work/kingdom.
Do we think that was her? I think that was just the beginnings of candy biomatter.
Lol "Demisexuals". The tumblr ace community is probably too busy talking about all the sex they're having because asexuals can have sex too you know, what do you mean you find that confusing OMG EDUCATE YOURSELF
I wish neither of them had included those characters if they were unwilling to take them seriously and cast actors appropriate for the role.
You sound ridiculous.
LOL yeah, he was throwing some shade right there. I hear Abrams kept John Harrison's identity a secret from the cast well into production, which is kind of shitty to do, especially to Cumbersnatch.
You mean what RTD did to The Master was SO AWESOME Moffat knows he could never top it?
The woman in the shop is River, right? Halfway through the finale the Doctor's going to turn to her and say "Hey, go give this number to Clara in 2012 so this whole season can make any sense lol infinite time loops amirite?"
wow, there's a higher quality version out there? I've looked for one for YEARS.
Zosia Mamet is actually a real, working actress, and Allison Williams trying to be a Kate Bosworth-esque fashion it girl. Jemima is just one of Lena's buddies.
I'm still laughing at how they green-screened in that Conan cameo.
