Pretty much any time there is a fictional game in a genre show, fandom will come up with actual rules trying to make a playable game out of it and post it online.  Three dimensional chess from Star Trek,  Sabbac from Star Wars.  There's even rules for Fizbin online despite the fact that the whole point of that scene

It's also probably worth remembering that in a broad general sense, the outer worlds = rural society, while the core worlds = urban society.

For instance, there are in infinite number of odd numbers, but the set of odd numbers does not contain the number 2.  I seem

Yeah. I always feel a bit bad because Moorcock is probably the biggest hole in my knowledge of classic fantasy fiction.  I tried the first novel and I just didn't like his writing style, and never got around to giving it a second chance. It's odd, because I do have quite a fondness for pulp-influenced fantasy. Lieber

Jo has her charms. She's much more of a surrogate daughter type to the Doctor. And bright an bubbly in a way that usually isn't saccharine (unlike, say Mel). I definitely agree that Liz was a better fit as a companion for the Third Doctor though.

Definitely top ten material. Probably not top five because her tenure was so short (through no fault of her own). But she gets a lot of credit for being a strong, independent, intelligent female companion in an era when Who had a bit of a spotty record in that regard.

She had a guest appearance as Jo Grant on The Sarah Jane Adventures last year and she appeared quite spry and lively.
