This is retarded. And not just because you've used the phrased "so-called" without there ever actually having been the assertion so-called."

As an African American, I can assure you that we are just fed up with the racist, exclusionary castings of Hollywood. The reason "Girls" gets so much shit is because it's about so called oppressed (white) women. Ignorance and racism is unfortunately expected and accepted from white males, It's amazing how far and how…
Dude, because us people of color are fed up with the bullshit, exclusionary, racist Hollywood casting practices.
Easy for you to say as a white person. Why don't you grow the fuck up and try to understand something from a different perspective.
I'm used to it. This country is dominated by racism, and I've had just about enough of it now.
Lol, thanks for the laugh, poor white baby.
You are so full of shit. This show is not remotely progressive. As an African American, this show merely just represents more racist exclusionary practices of Hollywood. You say this show is a progressive for women? You mean white women, who have been represented on television for decades and decades, show after show.
As an African American, no, I will not move on. I am sick and tired of the racist exclusionary practices of Hollywood.
This should be called "White Girls."
She was my favorite girlfriend/wive of Jack Donagy's behind Elizabeth Banks: "Damn it, Johnnie, you know I love my big beef and cheddar!"
Lol, Wheedon is fairly overrated. His work does not hold up to scrutiny despite what his fanboys say.
The kind of smug answer I was looking for. Thanks.
She looks and sounds like Amanda Peet.
This was a comedy? I don't think I laughed once. Oh, it's one of those boho, pretentious, snide, dry comedies.
I think people find it fashionable to say so and so show once used to be great just because it's on for awhile. It's really jarring when people say it about 30 Rock. I have to ask if they even watched season 5. Season 5 was at it's smartest, most biting, and hysterical points of the show since S2.
Thank fuck you aren't writing for this show anymore, Rabin. Oh, and season 5 was brilliant. My second favorite season of 30 Rock after season 2.
I know, right. I was shocked by this review. I was expecting atleast a B+ from Rabin.
I've seen every episode of the show. What ep did they have Jenna try to get revenge on the writers?
Originality is not the be all end all to a great episode. What episode do they have Jenna getting revenge on the writers? They've never done that before. Same thing with Jack and Pete.
Shut up, Rabin. You've gone mad. This ep was great.
