I'm still hoping she's playing them again and it's all just pretend amnesia.

I decided that I like exactly how little the Originals care about Kol and Finn. I mean, I only have one brother and if anyone hurt him I'd gladly destroy their lives piece by piece, but I'm sure I'd pick favorites if I had more to choose from.
I'm sorry about your terrible news. Hugs from the internet.
When Rebekah took the Cure, I knew that it wasn't real. But I really, really wanted it to be.
Did anyone think that she gave Rebekah the real cure? I actually rolled my eyes that Rebekah and the Salvatores were dumb enough to think Katherine would even lead them to the right location, let alone the real cure. It's not in Katherine to make it so easy. It's like Damon forgot how the alphabet goes or something.
The more I think about it, the more put-off I am by the way that Damon is all over the map about the cure.
I re-watched 162 Candles last night because I was curious how well the scenes between Damon and Lexi hold up now that we've got this episode.
And that's the eventual conclusion that I come to with Klaus and Rebekah — they move on because they have to.
I'm hoping that while they're out joyriding in Damon's car, they'll actually talk about some of this stuff.
I'm starting to get super annoyed about the complete silence over Kol.
Klaus was so upset they had to lock him up for three days while they ran away. Now he's cool with it.
I'm sortof hopeful that maybe Bonnie is playing them — she's telling them she has no memory so they'll trust her, but actually she's totally working with Silas. That would make me like Bonnie for once.
Normally I just accept the fact that people are dumb and ignore all the shouting about vampires. But for actual eating of people I expect a tiny bit more effort, I guess.
I'm starting to dread flashback episodes for this very reason: Season 1 Damon is meaner and more evil than we've ever seen him in a flashback — so either something drastic happened between the 70s and 2010, or the writers are just not matching him up properly.
ugh, i'm a terrible person, but I think I liked the Mystic Falls storyline more than NYC. The Damon flashbacks were just not quite evil Damon enough or the punks were too clean. Something just didn't do it for me.
I love that the most upsetting thing for Damon was that they took his car. That's the real love of his life.
I was super disappointed that Bonnie lost all memory since the island. Of course, crazy conspiracy theory me thinks she's playing them all.
I kept thinking he was way to clean and put together in the 70s.
I know there's a definite difference between drinking human and animal blood — but has the show really said that there's a difference between human blood from the vein versus from a bag?
But this is Caroline we're talking about right? She might literally think she's keeping him up-to-date for his eventual return. I wouldn't be surprised if she's keeping a more detailed log at home so that "when he comes back" she can make sure he knows everything about everything in a timely and organized manner.
@avclub-011d0b4fe6835bb3d37ef4e0ea713de6:disqus You're so right, and yet I can't help but love them on-screen together. It's probably just that Candice Accola has amazing chemistry with everyone and anyone.
