Aaaaand my point is proven.
Aaaaand my point is proven.
I was going to make a point about this, but people seem to get annoyed if I point out lack of continuity in the show since "Ass Burgers." So I'm waiting for the show to demonstrate it wants to have continuity before worrying about it again.
Yup, it's been fixed. Thanks for the heads up! Now, if we can only fix the incest-o-meter calibrations…
It wasn't a comparison in terms of gameplay so much as a comparison of costume.
Indeed. That would have taken care of it.
They made a mention, but only in terms of "I can't believe you're hanging out with those awful people" and not "I can't believe you're hanging out with a group that's actually called The KKK." Least, that's how I heard it.
Man, and I was already in the negative to start.
Yup, got that sentence wrong. It's amended now. Thanks!
Shhh! You'll give away the entire operation!
Awesome. Now I have to go in the corner and cry for a while.
If it makes you feel better, I did yell out "Wash!" every time he popped up on screen.
The thought of "Michael Emerson as Summer Glau's Orwell" crossed my mind more than a few times while watching this pilot. It was a confusing image to say the least.
In the SummerSlam match, the early goings featured Cena actually outwrestling Punk, in terms of technical moves. I think this was a way to overcome criticism both from the smarks and Punk.
We have the skitters as a previously conquered race. That's an example right there. And we have the line that Intangible quoted. It could be standard strategy to constantly underestimate every race it encounters, sure. But that's a pretty horrible strategy.
Reminded me of the SNL parody of "Unstoppable," where Denzel keeps applauding all of the insults about his age.
Read the disclaimer in the review. The screener provided ahead of time was of another episode. So I could only review based on that.
And yet, in the episode tonight (which is not the one made available for review), it seemed to work. So, yea. That happened.
It does. And it would.
Or Lesson #1 in writing a review at midnight on a Sunday and getting a fact about another piece of pop culture wrong. Could be that as well.
I do wish the "Falling Skies" writers would skim over the comments you guys make on a weekly basis. You do really come up with some pretty compelling stuff that I would be interested to see play out.
