An amazing finale to an awesome show. Not one thing was left undone, nor would I have done one beat differently. I'm astounded by how good this show was week after week. How it continually subverted expectations, how it never once sacrificed character arcs upon the alter of plot machinations (while always advancing

Hey, Tim. I always love the passion and piping hot opinions, both here and at Sepinwall's place (I'm Timm S there). You're right to say you're in the minority here with the opinion you hold, but you're always welcome to share it. I've read through a lot of your arguments above and below, and I'll throw in. Sorry to be

I like this, too. The time period also has to be a factor. I'm quite sure  to "r" somebody in that day and age was not part of the common lexicon, and probably pretty rare to talk about as a serious cultural issue/problem. I got the feeling while she was talking that I was reading my distaste for the word and its

Yeah, I can't tell from the premiere if the show itself is better or worse in its 6th season, but I do know my favorite mini-show, "Next Week on MAD MEN…" has found its stride. Simply perfect. Weiner's career best work.

Um, that would be "earf" to whence he'd welcome the slaveholders. I believe that's the correct pronunciation.

Doubt it, too. The writers really like having a little girlboy say "my girl-penis" over and over again.

Your comment strikes me as quite content.

Pretty sure she was the girl in the corn dog stand at the mall in OBSERVE AND REPORT, but I'm not certain. There's no way to find out.

My favorite things from this episode:

@avclub-e4da3b7fbbce2345d7772b0674a318d5:disqus Those glasses Coach Bailey wears are very Texas coach/rancher chic. Dudes his age wear those things all the time here in Ft. Worth.

Double fist pumps when 7 showed up on the screen! Pretty sure my wife and I high-fived, but I can't be sure; I blacked out a little. I get him liking Julie, her being all hot and all, and his first real love, but DAMN, her bit is so tired and old. She's vying with Meadow for the coveted Fictional Teenage Girl I Most

thanks. I forgot about that. Appreciated.

Gratitude, Ryan, for making your reviews read like the dialogue of the show. Feels less jarring to go from one to the other.

Yeah…she's just…man. Yeah.

Obviously, this being one of those found-footage films the kids these days like so much, she knew the security cameras in the apartment* would catch her "act".

"All day" in classic Tim Riggins-ease was my favorite part of this episode NOT dealing with D'angelo "Where's Wallace" Barksdale. Made me so happy.

I agree completely, @avclub-05db487b4d1d2849860fcec28ba9cca0:disqus The constant Tim/Rachel complaints seem to miss the bigger picture of this being Raylan's show, with everybody else serving his story.

I really enjoyed this episode, and while, yes, they introduced a lot of people and places, it didn't feel like a table-setting episode at all. The introduced the idea last week of taking a city for the people, and then executed that idea in fullness this week, while moving into place a major player in Caesar, while

All good things, indeed, especially the value placed by Raylan on someone truly liking him. Or better, the need to fool himself into believing it. A few more:

He just tooted a little, to speak Multisanti-ease
