What I really want to see is Robocop 2 and 3, but done well.

Really hope Janelle Monae's new album is worth the wait. With Kevin Ayers' death and Mutantes' and Matt Costa's really disappointing albums, I'd really like some good new music to digest.

Incidentally, that's also how I got into Kevin Ayers, trying to find the Barrett session of Singing a Song in the Morning.

Bananamour would be a good next one. Great stuff there. It gets trippy, but not too trippy. Then probably Confessions of Dr Dream and Other Stories. Hell, I'll just make it a list.1. Bananamour (really, just this whole album is great)2. Joy of a Toy (well, you know this one)
3. Confessions of Dr Dream and Other Stories

I've got his whole solo discography. Even threw down about 60 bucks each on Diamond Jack and As Close As You Think and about 50 for Animals b/w Don't Fall in Love with Me.

I hope Universal releases his full performance at some point. Epic performances of Why Are We Sleeping and Dr Dream Part 4.

I love the 1974 BBC version. God, that's chilling. The Internet is failing me in finding a full version. Here's a thirty second preview: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/…

Bananamour may be one of the best albums ever made.

Also nice is the compilation here: http://www.amazon.com/Tropi… . It has fewer songs than Brazilian Revolution in Sound, but it has Gal Costa's version of "Baby" and Caetano Veloso's "E Proibido Proibir", which are both very essential Tropicalia.

Did they have any Brazilian music? Because Latin's one of those terms that people define differently, and some don't consider Brazilians (or any non-Hispanics) Latin.
