Considering this is a review and discussion purposely placed for book readers to discuss the show (and implicitly - to discuss what happens on the show in association with the books, let alone the fact he/she is mostly criticising the show for failing to see through storylines the show itself set up, or changed), and

Let us hope so. Nothing will be more demoralising then PoI finishing it's run without Shaw's storyline getting some airtime.

YourNeighborhoodChemist was also going off in the Orphan Black discussion. At one point it was around 300 comments, half of which were YourNeighborhoodChemist's spam.

I'm not sure why it doesn't seem to be a massive appeal. Practically anyone I know or anything I read from people that have seen it (outside idiotic youtube commentators) is extremely positive, but there's this massive inertia to get many people to go watch it.

Feel bad for you. It's definitely the type of movie that gets the most out of the big screen I feel. The clarity of the action is far above most other action movies I've seen recently (though to be fair, haven't seen many).

Yeah : "Joined Jun 7th 2015"

Blatantly stealing Werdup's shtick to say - Mad Max Fury Road again. At least this time I finally convinced some friends to see it (they were all skeptical and/or people that would just torrent it when the dvd screener was leaked).

On Vimeo there's a 2 hour discussion by the cinematographer on filming Mad Max, the different obstacles and the clash of old school and new. I can't link it due to being at work, but it's on vimeo under the Victorian cinematographer society.

+1 Dead Can Dance.

Agree with the Review. Feels like the show finally stepped up to the batter's plate, for the first time in quite a while. Hopefully, they can use this as a springboard to resolve storylines and let things play out, instead of treading water or piling reveal upon reveal as they've done earlier this season.

"Bringing Delphine back certainly Cosima’s storyline, as she forces
Cosima to interact with both Dyad and her past head-on. Delphine"

One slightly better way to go about that scene -

Well, this is where I step off. I've been a watcher since the start (but just a lurker here, you all are much better commenters then I on this show), but I'm just getting sick of rape in this show. Yes, sexual violence no doubt existed in medieval times, yes it's meant to show the horrific conditions of marriage etc

The only time I think there was "too much procedural" was after Shaw's death, but I suspect after the cataclysmic events of the If then Else arc, they wanted to give the audience a breather. I just think they moved too few pieces around, moved the story too slowly during those procedural episodes (the background

So, where do we go from here?

Yeah, Reese going God Mode was a definite highlight.

1. If Then Else
2. Prophets
3. Terra Incognita
4. Control Alt Delete
5. YHWH

Root reference Pandora's Box at the end of Season 3. At the end of Season 4 they literally carry around Pandora's Box, with their last Hope inside, it's very essence and nucleus surviving.

I'd highly recommend PoI. There's plenty of "barebones" listings (people giving an order of what episodes to watch) of PoI that cut it down to a 10 episode season, encapsulating all the amazing serial episodes and 1-2 standout "procedural" episodes, if you are so inclined.

I don't care if you don't like what the show has done, or if you don't want to watch it. You were disingenious - you clearly had a problem with Carter dying. Fine. As for your sexist comment about Catwoman characters, well I've seen enough of people having a tough time when it's not all about the male characters, so
