Favorite all-time Colbert joke, listing celebrity couple names:
"Brangelina, Bennifer, or Filliam H. Muffman"
I still literally laugh outloud thinking about it, mostly because you could tell just how much he loved that joke himself as he delivered it.

Eh, the theaters refused to show the movie, so it isn't really Sony's fault it's not in theaters.

And how!

I went as this song for Halloween one year not too long ago. Just tried to make very literal sense of the lyrics as describing a person, and went with it. Confused the hell out of everyone though, so I did get quite tired of explaining it.

Did you have "Mr. Gameshow" too? Because I can't not hear that in his voice.

What about if you just take them without the prescription?

Good points. I'd also throw in "Electric Arguments" as a third pole, as it's not exactly happy nor is it sad, just kind of crazy and amazing.

How DARE you call "I Am The Walrus" garbage!?!

I dunno, I get the impression George was almost impossible to piss off. He probably just laughed it off with some sarcastic comment.

"New" is just fantastic, too. I think it's his most solid album front-to-back since "Ram."

And don't forget "Rain."

I just read "Fab Four FAQ: Vol 2," and that includes a quote from Ringo saying that basically he knew 3 chords and would have a verse, show it to George, and then George spun his magic.

Exactly. I really expected to see it on this list.

I'm one of those fans who won't accept The Thing without the big brow ridge. Just looks like a burn victim without the cartoonishness the brow provides.

Okay, no one has said it yet somehow, so I'll add Flying Circus. Come on, people!

"The Squid and The Whale" for me. I wouldn't say it's a great movie, and I wasn't really all that into it, but I just loved the ending so much it left me kind of loving the movie.

I don't typically advocate using Bear Rape as a form of punishment, but some people really do deserve it.

I read an interview where he did address that, and he said that with particularly massive black holes (as opposed to stellar mass black holes) the actual event horizon would be much smoother, and theoretically you could enter it relatively undamaged. Since they refer to the black hole in the movie as huge (I forget

I'm with you. I haven't rewatched it, but I remember him coming off as someone who just wanted to be able to leave and Jacob was keeping him there for reasons he didn't understand.

Yeah, I was not entirely sober when I watched that film and kind of bored, and then all of a sudden that final battle came out of nowhere and I wasn't sure if I was actually seeing it or dreaming it. VERY unexpected.
