Slow round of applause.
Slow round of applause.
Knowing you still watched the show completely nosedives your credibility to understand its utterly irrational content.
The writing material has got to be embarrassing for these actors to say out loud. The dialogue is atrocious and embarrassing for humanity, psychopaths included. Goes to show that great paychecks will even get great actors to say whatever they are given, no matter how laughably bad it is.
I love you and every comment you have about this catastrophic failure of a show.
"A lot of the dialogue—especially any dialogue where the characters were reflecting on their circumstances or trying to say something profound—ought to have been rewritten by someone capable of approximating what actual human conversation sounds like." Exactly this. Nobody talks like ANY of these people talk in the…

People treat Kirkman - at least a group of people - like he's some sort of talent. Maybe for some of the ideas here and there, but Kirkman's writing is, bar none, the worst attempt at dialogue ever to be written, let alone adapted into a spoken, TV medium. I've genuinely read stories by kindergarteners that are eons…
Time to stop self-destructing Matthew and hop into a raft, far away from the Gimple shitstorm.
Same here. It's not that I chose not to care; it got so god-awful that it made the subconscious decision for me and I forgot it was even back on the air.
hahahaha brilliantly put
Maybe… but I won't be watching to find out. Stopped at season six finale and should've stopped long before that. The show needs to get Lucille'd itself.
Stopped watching after season 6 finale, and was practically pulling my own teeth to get that far. Simply reading who died on the internet, and this article, is the closest I'll ever go to TWD again. It's really terribly written and utterly nonsensical garbage. The actors were the only saving grace, and they can't even…
