The most 'new' book I read was 2011's Alan Patridge's autobiography and the next will most likely be the new George Saunders collection in January, so 2012 pretty much never existed, at least reading-wise.

This is a common complaint with all records David Fridmann is involved with.
I'm the opposite, I wish more bands would have the drums this prominent and loud. And it helps that the drummer is pretty fantastic.

They were amazing. One of the best shows i've seen this year.
