He still sent the guy to die, so it counts.  (It's debatable if he was dead already, or if he was drugged, since the darts back then seemed to have both effects and the look on that guys face seemed to indicate he had croaked.)

Gary cries "Hench Killed Hench", but he himself has done this to save his own skin way back in season 1. 

If they are going that direction, it won't feel right, especially after doing that one fake out with the Alien that appeared as him.  BUT I wouldn't put it past them.  I think they just take too much time off and forget past plots.

Purple was the color associated with the pie man as well…I can't find a joke in there though.

Yeah, I am not a fan of pot jokes in either Futurama, or the Simpsons.  When cleverly woven in, they are okay, but not the way they have been doing them. 

I came on here just to post that I am.  I'm also getting a little tired of 70% of the cast sounding exactly the same.

I was thinking something like that as well, but I think that's stretching things a bit far though. Al is a very talkative guy. There's no way he and Orpheus didn't discuss this in detail.

Doesn't Dr. Orpheus already know that Dermott is a Venture? He was the one that revealed this fact along with Al.
