I just find it odd that she has not received one nomination since winning. She of all the actress that have won is the one that continues to do good work in big Hollywood and foreign movies. I can say the same for Swinton who should have been nominated for We need to talk about Kevin.

You seem to forget about the Hound of the Baskervilles one which made me quit the series. The second episode of the first season is no great shakes either.

I must of miss that part but it makes sense that the director would put that in considering he wanted to cast his daughter in the role. I still think that the movie was overrated and it would not be getting all this attention if it was not for how it was made.

Another thing about Boyhood that was off was that the girl playing Sam did not look like at all like she would be the kid of Hawke and Arquette.

I will admit it even though I have not seen many of these movies. If Boyhood is considered the best of these just based on all the best of list it was on then it has been a weak year for movies. I have seen some good movies but those were ones that are not getting the awards.

The lead was ok as a kid but he got worst as he grew up this would not have been a problem if they cast more then one person to play the role. But if they went the traditional route it would not have gotten such high praise.

Some people automatically think since you read alot and you are a woman that you must have read the Twilight books and this series. I can't tell you how many times some co-worker came up to me while I was reading a book and asked me have I read any of these.

They should just have a Cartoonnetwork Thursday night recap to cover all of the shows not Uncle Grandpa though that one sucks.

I keep thinking why can't it be Jack Huston instead of Danny that appears on this show. Think how much better this show would be if his Richard character from Boardwalk Empire were to show up and kill most of the cast in the season finale.
