But those "sponsored" inventories, those are the devil's work. A theme tied into some other show in the byline AND we can't comment on them? *shiver*

Mine was "Nothing Else Matters" by Metallica. Well, the opening part. And not the solo, just the part that had all open notes.
You send them all your credit card numbers, see, and one of them is lucky, you win a prize!!
Found it at a public library in 2006. It wasn't a grower; it was love-at-first-listen.
Metacritic had a piece where Spoon was the most critically acclaimed band of the past decade, according to the average critical ratings of each album released. And they sound pretty close to that: a "critic's darling" group.
I've already seen them, and they were great, but pairing with Frightened Rabbit is awesome. Play "Living In Color" or I'm gonna start a fire in the trashcan. Just to hear his pronunciation of the word "mouth", really. Say it again!
But just as a joke,
because we're all straight.
I'm so far removed from the Simpsons that whether or not it continues is irrelevant to me. If they continue, good for them. I was ready for it to go off the air a decade ago. If they want to keep going, well, go ahead. I wouldn't even know where to start if I started watching again. Is there a subtle difference…
Or the Pixies. They've said outright they're just gonna do old songs from here on out.
This is like the kid in "My Kid Can Paint That": it's just pulling back the curtain on the slow-down music fad. You think slowdown sounds cool? Even Justin Bieber sounds cool when it's slowed down! There's no standards anymore!! I think this Nick Pittsinger secretly wants to torpedo the slowdown trend, just like…
A friend of mine had Thriller, and I think it had the making-of documentary on it. They were filming Michael's transition from man to werewolf, and they showed the footage of him sounding like he was "in pain", according to the director's words.
I already went to his solo show last year, and he played every song off
of "Aeroplane". The crowd was crazy, someone went to the bathroom and
came back and said that you could hear the crowd shouting the words all the way down in the downstairs bathrooms.
For my birthday in two weeks, I'm going to see Hitchcock's The Lodger with a live score. I doubt Nitin Sawhney will be making an appearance, though.
Watched Goodfellas , since the disc was 5 bucks at Best Buy. Amazed by it, especially amazed by Scorcese's direction. I would say it's the best direction he has done on a film, but not sure yet where it ranks as a film amongst his others. It's funny because I needed to see both Raging Bull and Taxi Driver a few times…
Yeah, let's not say things we can't take back. That's a great early 80s thrash album.
Kindergarten? Do you mean college?
Yep, I think I was sadder for Pierce than any of the other guys, although I'm certain that Keith and Scott were much more crucial to what makes this site what it is.
How was Wahlberg on a winning streak? Are we saying The Fighter and Ted? Not trying to be snarky, someone please connect the dots for me here.
Hey, Lucero's coming here tonight. I'm trying to get my wife to go, but she's been sick all week and missed a few days of work, so maybe not. I'm not a big enough of a fan to go by myself.
Or that guy that assassinated Lincoln, or something along those lines.
