As I´ve grown older, I´ve seen some things I initially liked in the theaters, and then, as I´ve grown older, come to re-evaluate my opinions and realize that those movies were crap.  I think around 1997, I watched Forrest Gump and really liked it, and watched it maybe 2 years ago and realized it was really bad.

I watched Dances With Wolves maybe two years ago (NOT the director´s cut currently available, because that is horrible, but the regular theatrical cut), and it´s one of the few films that puts people into a different culture but has them deal with not knowing the language.  There may be other films that do that, but
