It was the montage music to previous week footage on the NFL. This is not an exaggeration.

When I was into Lucky Denver Mint, I would immediately replay it once it finished. Not like a million times, but just one extra listen because I thought it was so awesome. I don't ever do that. I haven't checked in on that album in a long time, but I'm sure a few of the tracks haven't aged that poorly; Goodbye Sky…

Yeah, there's a few songs on that album that I don't hate, or at least, remember hating. I'm sure the slower stuff (just checked the title of one, "Hear You Me") now would just sound laughable in my old age.

They removed their ovaries, upsetting the galaxy. Or something like that.

How different is Avalon from the rest of the catalog? That's where I started, and didn't go any further, and wonder if that was a poor choice of a gateway. I knew of "More Than This", so that's where I went.

This group cannot ever top "Ex-Lover" for a song or "Set Yourself On Fire" for an album. Each of the past two albums has had a song or two that is just pure crap, and I'm thinking "why did this even make the record?" (Changes comes to mind) but there are also a few good ones within them (the one on Bedroom where they…

Loved loved loved the Addams family pinball. I don't know why I was reading about it, but that game was very successful, as far as pinball games go, and the guy who designed it got a free ticket to do whatever he wanted on his next game, which was Twilight Zone. TZ was sooo complicated, with magnets and spinning…

Yeah, I'm usually of the mind that, if I can, I'll watch the show/movie first and then read the book later because there's not the inevitable parts cut out. When I read the book after, it's like "oh, thos also happened? Interesting!" but I couldn't wait for two years to get the blus of S2 then read the book. Loved the…

Yeah, i didn't see it as a mea culpa at all, but rather, "Only God can save us from the godless corrupt unions!" It looked like a defense of Kazan's actions rather than an apology for them.
